Getting used to a rocky ship then getting back on land. So you were on a cruise or something? Hope you had fun ^_^
Height differences help make a story very interesting. Usually height differences dont have to be extreme, but in a comic, or cartoon, anything that requires drawing, you have to make sure to make some sort of height difference. No one's the same height after all. Adds more character to a character, without meaning to.
